about

Recorded before the Cryos's debut album The Fantabulous Geek-Hop Con Job, The Breaking Point finds The Cryogenic Strawberries trying to find their voice (literally). Recorded by Josh Nelson and Eddie DeSade in the summer of 1999 and influenced by Pretty Hate Machine, The Pod, and jobs that made them want to die. The album was written and recorded in just under a month.

Remastered 2022 from mp3s found on a CD-r stuck in a closet in Eddie's basement. This is an extended cut featuring all the songs recorded during that month.
